HAPPY, HAPPY LABOR DAY TO ALL WITH HUGS AND KISSES FOR ALL MY BIG KINDERGARTENERS AND BIG SQUISHY MUSHY SQUEEZES FOR MY LITTLE ONES!
Today was Grant's last day. He will be starting First Grade next Tues & on the other side of town, Kamryn and Kaylie will be starting Kindergarten.
Evelyn and Oscar (Mabel's 5 year old brother) will be here next week until they start Kindergarten at their respective schools on Mon. Sept. 8.
I have never had 5 kids leaving for school all at the same time. This is really hard, weird and bittersweet. They will still be here on no school & vacation days but, I will miss the "in between" times...
But, the times are changing. The more they change the more they stay the same, the big kids move on and the little kids start and on and on it goes.
We are very excited for preschool to start! I am getting all the stuff ready, dusting it off, sorting everything, craft supplies are ready, lesson plans are being planned and shinning it all up for my kids on Tue. Sept. 9th!
